June, Pride, LGBTQIA+, & Diversity, Inclusion, and Equity in the workplace. Let's Celebrate Pride Month!
June brings us the Pride commemorations of many decades of struggle for civil rights and equality for the LGBTQIA+ community. In Portugal, it is the month for Arraial Pride, the "biggest communitarian and associative LGBTI+ event in Portugal that brings visibility to the lesbian, gay, bisexual, trans, and intersex population in a political moment of Pride celebration in the biggest square in Lisbon" (ILGA).

Trained as a professional Talent Manager, Laura is a Senior People Specialist at Coverflex and a mentor at EIT Food. She studied Business Psychology in Lisbon, lived and worked in London and East Timor - and, after moving houses 21 times, she is back in Lisbon, where she lives with her six dogs, two cats and one husband.
