Therefore, between August 23rd and September 15th, all Childcare vouchers issued through Coverflex have a 0% commission. In other words: it's free to issue them!

Coverflex Childcare: how does it work?
Coverflex Childcare is a Coverflex benefit that facilitates the issuing of Childcare vouchers for children up to 7 years old. Childcare vouchers are exempt from IRS and SS for the company and for the employee and have a 40% increase in IRC and exemption from TSU for the company. They are regulated in DL26/99, of January 28th, and can be used to pay for daycare centres, kindergartens and nursing homes in public, private and public-private education.

Unlike other suppliers, Coverflex Childcare allows for a more efficient and bureaucracy-free process when issuing Childcare vouchers . The voucher is issued immediately, and Coverflex is the only mediating party between the company and the school. After payment is made by the company, the school receives the amount within a maximum period of three days.

How does it work?
Childcare vouchers can be issued through Coverflex in three simple steps, in a completely digital and autonomous way:
1. The company creates an account at https://infancia.coverflex.com/signin. We simply need the company's name and tax number.
2. Once the company has an account, the first Childcare voucher can be created! Just enter the employee's data and their dependant(s), choose the school and define the amount of the voucher. After this action is confirmed, payment details will be available on the platform and sent to the company. The employee is notified that the order has been placed.
3. Now all you have to do is make the payment. Once we have validated the transfer from the company, payment to the school is made immediately. The company, the school and the employee are informed via email of the payment of the voucher. The company will receive the corresponding invoice.
4. After the payment is made, the school will receive the transferred amount within 3 days.
5. To check the invoice or issue a new voucher, the company can access the platform again and issue another voucher with the details of the previously issued voucher.

A window will appear on the screen through which you can invite the school to join the Coverflex network. After this request, our team will contact the school to quickly start the process of adding it to the accredited network of Coverflex schools. We will inform you as soon as this process is complete so that you can issue child vouchers with the help of Coverflex
