Why we built Coverflex AI: a strategic investment in people and technology

Our vision at Coverflex has always been ambitious but clear: to transform how compensation and benefits are managed, making them accessible, meaningful, and simple. As the world of work becomes more complex, we saw an opportunity to support businesses in managing their most valuable asset — their people — with more ease and precision than ever before. At the start of 2024, we welcomed João Caxaria, co-founder and former CTO of Codacy, to lead our AI Engineering efforts.
