What we learned...
Beyond salary
Only 50% of respondents have access to flexible benefits as a complementary offer to their salary.
Tax optimisation
Two out of three employees prefer a gross annual salary of 21,000 euros and 5,000 euros in benefits to a gross annual salary of 25,000 euros.
4-day workweek
Around 24% of the Portuguese workers who took part in the study want to reduce their working hours to 32 a week.
