The world changed, and we did too. The way we look at our work shows some of the deepest manifestations of change we experience every day. We have detailed our conclusions, based on the answers of more than 2.200 participants.

What we learned...

Compensation
Only 35% of respondents expressed satisfaction with their compensation package.
Transparency
91% of the people who answered the survey believe companies should publish the salary range in job offers.
Insurance
54% want to have access to life insurance offered or co-paid by their company; however, only 18% have it today.
